SIGGRAPH Asia 2019 will be taking place from 17 – 20 November 2019 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) in Brisbane, Australia.

General Policies

If you lose your badge, you must obtain a new badge at the published onsite rates. Lost badges cannot be reprinted even if you show us your official confirmation letter and receipt.

SIGGRAPH Asia 2019 conference documentation will not be shipped, nor will refunds be given for any material not picked up at the Registration Counter.

Conference Policies

Please be aware that parts of the Conference may contain adult content, graphic images, or violence. There are no age-based restrictions at the Conference. All attendees need to be registered and have a badge.

Computer Animation Festival Electronic Theater and VR Theater Tickets may be exchanged at the registration counter no later than 1 hour prior to the screening time. All ticket exchanges are based on availability.

Exhibition Policies

• There are no age-based restrictions to attend the Conference.
• All children must register for the conference, regardless of age. Each paid adult may register up to three children, age 12 and under, at no charge on-site. Kindly ensure that your child is present with you at the registration counters in order to receive the “Accompanied Child” badge.
• Children aged 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times, and will be required to register and purchase any of registration pass type. They may consider purchasing a "Student One-Day Pass" for the conference, only available onsite during conference and exhibition days, upon presentation of a valid student ID pass.
