These include items like electronics, battery-operated equipment, wood-based materials, chemicals, agriculture, produce, medication, etc, which may require permits to bring into Australia. All online registration payments must be completed before 28 September 2019; 23:59 (UTC/GMT+8) to enjoy the Early-Bird rates on conference passes and before 15 November 2019; 18:00 (UTC/GMT +8) to secure the regular online pre-registration rates.
Any payments made onsite, will adhere to the relevant onsite rates regardless of when you have registered/created your account.

Only Australian Dollars (AUD) is accepted for Cash payments onsite. Credit card payments and online purchases will be in United States Dollars (USD).
A Full Conference One-Day Pass will have access to the SIGGRAPH Asia trade exhibition and all programs and events for ONE (1) DAY of the conference, including one (1) Electronic Theater ticket and one (1) Reception ticket. Thereafter the access changes to a Basic Conference Pass for the following days of the conference.
All passes and tickets registered are non-transferable.
All international attendees who wishes to enter Australia are required to obtain a visa. Applicants will be issued with a type of visa in accordance to his or her purpose of visit. Both Brisbane domestic and international airports are 30min drive from the Centre and can be easily accessed by the AirTrain that connects South Brisbane station to Brisbane’s international and domestic airports with stops in the Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley.
The convenient alternative to reach BCEC is via the Train. South Brisbane Railway Station adjacent to the Convention Centre on Grey Street or South Bank Railway Station are the most convenient stations to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre provide undercover parking for up to 1500 vehicles. Car park has direct lift access to the Centre’s multiple convention floors and exhibition facilities.
Car park 1 is best for Merivale Street rooms, Car Park 2 & 3 are best for Exhibition Halls and Grey Street rooms via Russell Street Walkway.

Throughout SIGGRAPH Asia (17 – 20 November 2019), International Student Volunteers from various countries are available to help with basic translation questions, along with answering questions and problems that may arise for attendees. However, these individuals are not available to act as personal interpreters for any of the conference programs.
