Description: We propose ``NavigaTorch'', a projection-based robot control interface that enables the user to operate a robot quickly and intuitively. The user can control and navigate a robot from the third-person viewpoint using the projected video as visual feedback by using a handheld pixel-level visible light communication (PVLC) projector.
